How to know or work on BP Algorithm when posting an event?

I would like to share that I organize a monthly real estate meetup in my local community and have been doing so consistently for the past year and a half. However, I am facing difficulty in reaching out to more people on the BP Community.

Fortunately, the group has grown over the months and I typically have an attendance of between 25 to 50 people (at the most). However, I find it hard to believe and understand that only 1 out of 10 people from this platform end up attending. There are many eager and passionate people here who are keen to learn, but despite this, I just don't see more Bigger pockets associates interested on local events. I want to make this a safe place for newbies and give back what I have learned at great cost.  I don't pitch (nothing wrong with that though ) Just Chill and Real Estate...

I have observed that I get more assistance from meetup webpages and social media than here, which leads me to believe that there may be something wrong with my copywriting that is not friendly enough for the algorithm or something else. Can someone clarify or guide me on this?

"My goal is to reach out to more people and create a community of real estate enthusiasts who can learn from each other and grow together."

Thank you
