Newbie here. Need recommendations for marketing my 1st rental

Hi guys. I have bought my first rental property in Hawthorne neighborhood of Indy. I just listed on several sites through Avail.co.  So far not many hits. I think asking rent is in the correct range comparing to what's available on the market currently. To the RE gurus, how long does it typically take at this time of the year to get the property rented. Any suggestions for good sites ? Is craigslist still worth posting on ?  Thanks

I went from 4-5 available rentals at once to almost 20 in September, now I'm back down around 15 and some are taking a month to fill.

Comparing to what's on the market helps, but those properties are also still sitting on the market. You may consider dropping your price below them to gain an edge.
