Friction during the investment process is a bad thing and I am not sure that most accredited investors will ever be very fond of turning over their financial information or having third parties speak to their advisors about their financial situation.

Stumbled upon this place trying to research a company after attending one of their Real Estate Seminars because I'm skeptical and I like to do my research before diving into something I know little about and tossing my money at them for "education" that may or may not pan out.
