Hi, I'm just getting started on here.  I've listened to half a dozen podcasts from BP and thought I'd take the plunge.  I honestly don't know much about real estate, but the idea seems very appealing to my personality.  I like to work hard and be independent.  I'm currently working a job I love, but travel too much.  I think this could be a way to create some wealth on the side and eventually "get off the road," as they say.  I also don't know many people who do real estate, so I'm interested in meeting many of you on here.
