A good lawyer would make this work out; it doesn't likely sound legal that property owners could deny another owner reasonable use of the property, and I think most courts would agree that utilizing some administrative loop to deny someone utilities would be denying reasonable use of the property.

Because we have an extensive database, and a lot of experience promoting to this class or renter, we typically don't have problems keeping them filled.  

For example if you have a website which needs to talk to some other piece of software or database, it is usually done via the API.

At this point though I am looking more for an online database of property info.

I teach Agents to grow their business using their laptop, social media, their database, and their SOI (sphere of influence).

I understand there may be some more management intervention and some extra administrative duties, but the cash flow seems great.

In many states/jurisdictions, you can purchase the asset during probate administration, prior to distribution and probate closing.
