Investing in single family in Indianapolis for buy and hold

Hello Everyone, Just recently found out about bigger pockets and I am amazed at the amount of information here. I am an out of state investor and I currently hold one single family being rented out in Indianapolis and currently working on buying a second. I am looking to network with wholesalers and other investors to team up with. Overall I am trying to gain better knowledge of the market and the industry, hoping to meet long term investing partners, and have fun while doing it. Thank you
