Finding the names of Home owners

I am new REI but I am working HARD! So, Ive been putting together lists through driving 4 dollars and other tactics, and I have several addresses prepared to research before I start writing my letters. BUT I am having trouble finding the names of the OWNERS of these homes. I have looked to netronline.com but I just do not understand what I am seeing yet. Can anyone offer up any tips for me?

Again, to be clear, I am looking for names to go with these addresses for my yellow letters for my first mkting campaign and in need of some understanding.
