I never had to take leaky toilet maintenance calls. :) 

I made a phone call to this County Office since the property is outside of city limits.

They do not work well for tenants as they easily block causing you many late night calls. 

Anyone heard of or dealt with a new program called "Funding for Flipping"?

I think you have to call it a vacation home because it has to be your primary or secondary home if it is a Single family residence.
