Water Efficiency - looking for best toilet

Jose N.

Which toilet is the best for water efficiency and how expensive is it to install a toilet with a flushometer?

This is for a 3 family.

I understand you have to a pressurize contraption to you main line for it to work properly.

Any comments or tips appreciated.

If your tenants pay for the water themselves don't waste your money on a special toilet.

They do not work well for tenants as they easily block causing you many late night calls. For renters you are best staying with the standard full flush toilets.

If you pay for water you would be better off spending the money to split the utilities and have the tenants pay than trying to save water with low flow toilets.
