Apparently, it has nothing to do with the designation and everything to do with relationships.  

You can design to have 1/2 of your real estate portfolio free & clear and the other 1/2 fully leveraged. 

I dont know that particular course, but in general, the way that I look at courses is that they are designed to shorten my learning curve. 

Basics about me:- 25yo and unmarried- $65k/year income (may be getting bumped up slightly soon due to a promotion)- currently studying outside of work to add some more designations behind my name (already have CFP, working on CLU and ChFC to expand knowledge)- about to purchase my first home and will be renting out a room to a solid renter for first 3 years which will cover slightly over 50% of PITI- I've generally been able to invest and also pay down student loans with about 35-45% of my pay since beginning my careerOnce I finish wiping out my debt, I plan on ramping up my savings by maxing out my 401k, roth IRA, hsa, and hopefully about 10-20k in taxable accounts yearly (currently maxing roth/hsa and hitting matched amount in 401k).

Did you make your own logo or have it designed?

So day care, hair cutting, massages, psychic palm reading etc...are not allowed, but if they are selling stuff through eBay and needs the UPS or Fedex trucks to come pick up twice a day I don't have a problem with it.However with more and more people "subing" out rooms via Airbnb I wonder if I should add a clause in there specifically addressing it.I know many people are doing it because I use Airbnb when travelling overseas, and I often read in the ads SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS saying "...do not go to the property directly so as to confuse neighbors or property management, meet me at the designated meeting location then I'll guild you to the location quietly..."

My wife is a Computer Science major with programming web design and IT experience and is the Idea Engine of our organization (Iroko Properties), I am an Electronic's Engineer with 25 years of wireless telecommunications experience in Project and General Management a good combination to creatively move our business forward.   

I'd find a good landscape designer and spend money on quality low maintenance landscaping.

I'm not a lawyer, so don't take that as gospel.Section 13-80-127(1)(a), C.R.S. provides for a two year statute of limitation of actions against construction professionals like architects, contractors, builders, builder-vendors, engineers, inspectors, and those performing or furnishing the design, planning, supervision, inspection, construction, or observation of construction of any improvement to real property.Section 13-80-104, C.R.S. provides that in no case shall any action be brought against any architect, contractor, builder or builder-vendor, engineer, or inspector performing or furnishing the design, planning, supervision, inspection, construction, or observation of construction of any improvement to real property more than six years after the substantial completion of the improvement to the real property.

That carpet has probably been down for 20 years or more, based on the color and design.
