I have multiple verticals on Hardmoney from South Florida to New York I believe the interest level would be high

It’s a duplex in upstate New York, I have financing in place and it will definitely need some work to get it rental ready and after the reno rents in this market for 2/1 is 1000-1200.

What I think is a bad area where I live is worlds apart from a bad area in a big city like New York.

yeah being from new york, as a friend put it, has me brain washed. im not ever going to see appreciation in scranton like new york has. im just looking for a stable place to make some positive cash flow and hopefully maybe in 30 years make some money if/when i sell. just worried about the market tanking. may buy just outside of the city.
