Acquiring a new property

Hello! I’m new to bigger pockets and I couldn’t think of a better group of people to take along with me as I acquire my first property. It’s a duplex in upstate New York, I have financing in place and it will definitely need some work to get it rental ready and after the reno rents in this market for 2/1 is 1000-1200. Im not looking to flip but just hold. The issue I see coming down the pipe is I don’t live anywhere near this place.. I plan on acquiring more properties in the area and would like some tips or suggestions for contractors and property mangers in the Jamestown NY area. I appreciate all the help!
