Hello!

I'm Ben and I live in the NYC metropolitan area. I came across BP when i was doing a search on passive income. I never knew there was an entire community of people with this interest, and I'm certianly glad that I came across this forum.

I spent 2 years in transactions as a Salesperson here in NYC, and another 2 years in property management for a family that owns 9 apartment buildings here in NYC. As you can imagine, much of my library consists of RE authors and topics - like P. Conti, R.G. Allen and even Carleton Sheets!

I don't believe RE is the ONLY way to develop wealth, but certainly it is foundational to the wealth formula. My wife and I have our first condo purchase (condos are big business in NYC) here in NY in an up and coming neighborhood, and I've helped my family with the management and financing of their own multi-family properties.

I hope to add more, and perhaps, with your help and support, we can all do this together.
