When you streamline the whole process, you can save money on the design/build side and on decision making - change orders happen less and mistakes get caught in the field faster when you wear all the hats because you are familiar with the project and the design intent.

I already own a business in another field.

My suggestion is to not be too virtual and to be more hands on in the field.

I actually work near there (behind USC baseball field) a couple days a week and my wife and I ride through that neighborhood quite often looking for property. 

I have chosen real estate as my career and am extremely motivated and excited to learn more about this field.

Buy and hold isn't all roses- I do spend time performing maintenance, fielding calls, etc, but it's not all consuming.

I have experience in the maintenance field.

Again this is a new field for me as I my occupation is being a Electrician/ Solar Photovoltaic Electrician, so I'm sorry for any silly questions or ideas I might have that might not make sense.Currently taking my 75 hours in NJ to get my real estate license.

I know real estate is a very broad field that includes many skills.
