If you, or you know someone with potential investment opportunities let me know! This will be a good place for Investors in the Surrounding Columbia Area to interact.

If anyone is looking for a great rental property, my parents are selling their rental that has housed college students for the past 10 years. Address is 1035 K Ave. Cayce, SC 29033. Its a very honest property, in updated condition. If you have any questions about it just message me.

Also, I have a my real estate license so if i can be of any help to anyone please let me know!

Best of luck to everyone!

Alex

@Josiah Halverson we use Cantey Company for PM, but there are plenty of good ones around.  This area is not too far from Columbia.  It is considered part of the "Midlands" area
