I invest in mobile home parks, so not sure this applies.

I would like to know if there are lenders that would help with starting a mobile home park in the Florida (North of Tampa) area and the in's and outs of it.

I recently bought a single wide older 70s mobile home and I'm pretty sure it needs rewiring and I'd like to know around about estimate that it would cost to rewire the place .

Is the mobile home an improvement as part of the real property or does the county have it set as personal property?  

I have sent over 1,200 yellow letters to mobile home park owners around the Southeast.

It can be used successfully by rehabbers who will flip the property within a short period of time or those who are doing a project that forces appreciation which leads to equity gains that can be mobilized by refinancing the property.

I currently live in a 2/2 mobile home, I originally wanted to sell the mobile home, build a traditional 3/2 single family home on the other side of the property, pay it off, then rent it out.

I have one mobile home lot which I rent.
