Investing in mobile homes
Hopefully I'm posting this in the right area.
I currently own some land. This land is in my name. I have one mobile home lot which I rent. It is a cash basis. I am prepping this property for another unit which I will be buying. Since it's a mobile home it only has a title. I'm planning on renting this mobile home out.
How would the best way to set all this up under an LLC? Do I title the mobile home to a separate LLC and have the lot itself surveyed and deeded to a separate LLC?
There are so many moving parts to this all that I'm unsure what makes the best sense.
