All rent is to be paid as a money order, no online pay either.I think I had a shot at the job, but I can sense a 40/1 chance an angry tenant would slash my tires without much hesitation as no surveillance is in place and there is no gate for the parking lot.Closing thoughts:This isn't my first rodeo, I am familiar with retaliation from owners who have trouble following the same rules as the entire community.

Unless you can show the PM company somehow caused the leak then responsibility is going to be on your policy to pay.Any chance of putting responsibility back on the PM company is going to be in your contract with them and what it spells out.

It was just sort of all the same, with the exception of a few busy roads where there was a large mixture of residential and converted commercial properties (buildings that were originally purposed for residential, but now zoned commercial).I did by chance pass by one Commercial property that had a very well maintained and remodeled house with a separate converted garage.
