First Property: First Real Job
I am graduating Law School in four months and looking to get into Real Estate investing by purchasing a 2-4 unit building; living in one unit and renting out the others.
I will have a good job with a competitive starting salary and a decent credit score, however, my only employment history to this point consists of part-time work, and summer and seasonal internships, since I have gone straight through school.
Is there any chance for me to obtain an FHA or conventional loan, or will I need to get more creative? If so, what do you all in this community recommend? Thanks!
