@Jay Hinrichs I think you can run into some real grey fair housing issues with that if you charge a sec 8 tenant $800 but a non sec 8 at $675, or am I wrong?

I came across multiple sites that say that Brokerages can pay fees to nonlicensees for referrals under state law if they don’t engage in activities with the referrals that require a real state license.How am I supposed to know what activities qualify as this?

For example, if they gave notice on the 18th of last month, am I only able to collect on lost rent until the 18th of this month or am I able to collect on lost rent until the end of this month?
