Potential Wholesale Deal
I am new to Real Estate Investing, but I think I may have found a property that I could wholesale. I am wondering what my next step should be. It is a single family home, but used to be a church a long time ago. Interesting, I know. But it has about 10,000 sq ft, and the seller is only asking for $110,000. Does this sound like it could be a potential wholesale deal? Is it a property that a rehabber could flip, should it be turned into a multi-family home, should it be turned into commercial use? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
