Hello all, My fiance and I closed on our house a month ago and I just received an email from my lender informing me that  'When the title company completed the closing statement they flipped the winter and summer tax bills for the escrow account so the escrow that they collected from you was short $929.78.'

They live in GA during the winter and PA(where home really is) in the summer.We hit it off and spoke for an hour and a half and he then asked me if I would be willing to market his home while they are in PA for the summer(they leave in April) and keep an eye on it.

Hi Mike, a typical 4000 sq ft home in MN will consume on average $100 per month of electricity  (about 800 kwatts) and $500-$600/month for gas in winter, $300/month in the spring and fall and $60/month in summer for water heating, cloth drying and cooking.

I don't know your market down there, but I know in the valley a mediocre 2br condo will rent for 800 a month in the summer and 1200 a month during the winter months.

I would look at going with darker color for the main color like a toupe, light/medium brown, forest green.
