I want to help an investor nearby

Hello Biggerpockets community I have been learning a great deal of information in the blogs ,forums, and podcasts. Currently I want to bring my knowledge to a whole new level and want to see if I can work for someone in the field so that I can improve and build upon my current foundation. I am a hard worker and attend college in the early morning leaving much of my day free. I live in the Winter Garden area and have a reliable source of transportation. I have a strong work ethic and am willing to do things that may be a nuisance for you so that I may have the opportunity to develop.
