@Taylor L.True, google maps is pretty outdated, but my county assessor website updates satellite images every year.

(Versus a website like Better where you upload all your docs and someone remotely checks them and sends you requests for more docs).

In terms of management, usually these companies charge anywhere from 25-40% gross revenue for handling bookings, cleaning, website, pricing, repairs, etc.

@Anthony DAmico You can go to the Network section of BP website and look for investor friendly Realtors in the DFW area.

You should find something on their city website if the don't allow STR's.

Hi Anthony, I thought the same thing when i was reading about this program and contacted CMHC who sent me different information so I think this is an error on their website. 

I used to use an agent's website that pulled the info directly from the MLS, but they updated their website and the new site doesn't have that data displayed anymore. 

Any website recommendations?
