I recently moved to Dallas and I am actively looking for an agent that specifically works with investors. I am looking for a primary residence of which I would rent out 1-2 rooms. Then I will be looking for flips/BRRRRs. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

@Anthony DAmico You can go to the Network section of BP website and look for investor friendly Realtors in the DFW area. I too am a Realtor and fellow investor. I have worked throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for several years. I also give great recommendations on investor friendly lenders, insurance agents, contractors, etc. I would be happy to share my contacts that I have used and trusted for several years. Better to use a tried and true network versus reinventing the wheel.
