Non-MLS that shows info on current tenants (rent, lease or TAW)

I am not an agent, so I don't have MLS access, and I don't want to annoy an agent every time I want to run the numbers on a property. I used to use an agent's website that pulled the info directly from the MLS, but they updated their website and the new site doesn't have that data displayed anymore.

Does anyone know of a website (perhaps of another agency) that displays information pulled from the MLS?

I am looking for Lease (Y/N), current rents, number of bedrooms of each unit, and sometimes I could even see the gross.

Thank you!
