Hi everyone,Excuse my rookie question but I’m looking to get into REI and have decided to go down the BRRR path in my REI career.

My hope is that actually to pivot a career into that space, leaving the 9-5 world. 

I went to a virtual career fair & have some brokers to choose from.

Initially I started studying simply to support our investment business, but as I learn more and spend more time working with our tenants/rentals, I really think I'll enjoy being an agent as a career outside of investing.Anyone else take this path?

That's another tax.As an investor toward the beginning of his career, I'd hate to lose the 1031 exchange.

Plus the purchase of your tools...From what I can tell I think the work would be very enjoyable and satisfying and I could see myself doing it as a long-term career. 

I am interested in renting out properties as I move throughout my career.
