@Kori Bundi  If you are buying with FHA (not including 203K), USDA or VA lending, there are VERY strict requirements regarding condition.

We are located in Weehawken very close to the Lincoln tunnel near a transportation hub where about 15 bus lines converge before heading to port authority so I never wait more than 5 minutes for a bus.We have put in a lot of effort making the building beautiful by restoring details such as pocket doors, stained glass Windows and tin ceilings so my cap improvements have been more than a strict investor would spend but I see it as my home primarily with an investment as a side gig.
