We acquired this 7bd/3ba home about 3 months ago and we have re-positioned it to be a vacation rental. 

Purchase Price: $550,000
Rehab/Furniture cost: $24,000

Expected Revenue: $80-110,000 / year

We're excited because it is in an up-and-coming area, and has great cash flow potential given it's proximity to the Ocean, Downtown and Airport.
