I'd rather rely on someone who has done 100's of installs and can do it blindfolded in his sleep with his hands tied behind his back than someone who has to 'remind himself' the particulars every time.

The first thing I think of is that as a parent I would not want my children to sleep on a different floor than me or at least I would prefer to be below and not above them.
