So the legislature in Austin came down hard on Sellers with LOs and CFDs.So for the layman, you are better off getting private lender loans to buy, and wrapping (with consent of private lender), if Dodd Frank is observed with a RMLO and ATR rules.I personally like a lease and a ROFR, not an executory contract in TX.
