Hi there,

My name is Darren Ngo,

I am a 23 year old looking to dive into real estate investing with my buddy. We both are Project Managers in two different companies. As an overview of my experience, I work for a drywall companies and have done many high profile projects such as 42 stories luxury high rise named Metropolis in down town Los Angeles and Ralph Lauren, Beverly Hills.

We are looking to invest in properties Orange County areas and Los Angeles County. I am new here, so I would like to introduce myself to this awesome communities and hopefully can connect with people here and as well as learning from experience investor

To conclude this long introduction, could you guys help guide us in getting started in this business.

We have zero experience in this business so any tip or pointer is huge to us.

Thank you very much and have a great day everyone.

-Darren D. Ngo

@Darren D. Ngo

Welcome to BP. There is a location where like minded investors gather in Lake forest every month that you should check out. Go here https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521/topics/366199-lake-forest-california-meet-up or PM me for the details.

If you would like to chat before then and talk about investing let me know. I am in Mission Viejo and can get together at my local Starbucks. Your ALL in cost is only a cup of coffee.

I am currently flipping homes in Orange County and teach others how to do so as well. I started a wholesaling group and spend my Saturday mornings with them.

I am looking for my next purchase at the court house steps, while I am working on a few more.

Good Investing...
