Hi everyone,

I'm a new Real Estate Investor in Los Angeles.  I've been looking into getting into real estate investment (rentals in particular) for about 6 years now, and I've finally straightened out things in my life so that I can get started.  

I look forward to learning from the hive-mind here as I begin my journey.  If anyone else from Los Angeles is starting at the same time, around the same area, I'd love to hear your stories.
