Even so, if you are really the one running the business, you are probably doing business in California and liable for the tax.All this being said, you might as well just form a California LLC and save paying the registration to the other (Non-CA) state.

.+ den can be used for office+ the family room was a bedroom before with closet- no garage, two car carport- split level, the living room is downstairs- no formal dining room- location is far from public schools but close to a few private schoolsBTW, total available houses for rent on the market is 9 as of today. 6 are 3 bedroom house and they are all listed with higher $/sqft.

So then we added PMI in order to borrow at least $80K; I figured this was fine since it’s only $6 a month and I can turn right around and pay it back down if I want.The next issue arose because it’s an 8-unit condo and one non-resident person owns two units.
