Need Urgent LLC Advice
Yes Im cluttering this board with another LLC question.
Im dreading having to pay $800++ to california for a LLC. Id rather take that and spend on marketing. So Im looking to setup a LLC out of state for now. When I make money then I can pay the $800 franchise fee, but after I make something... I was looking specifically at nevada to form my LLC and get a DBA because they dont have other licenses, tax ID #s and whatnot that are needed I believe.
I got a UPS box, 1800#, voicemail, business phone, domain and hosting.
Tomorrow Ill order businesscards, signage, form the LLC+DBA, register a EIN, look for a VA, make social media profiles, buy seo packages off fivver and call the bank to see whats needed for a account for this new venture.
Am I forgetting anything major? Any disadvantages to how Im going to set things up to start? Perhaps it sounds silly I set this up before a deal, but if I dont I wont even make a move, its just me.
For a name Im thinking KC Unique Solutions LLC. The DBA can be something that will line up more with my 1800 number or site url, whichever I decide.
Tip: Perhaps this is helpful to someone. Im putting costs on my new chase credit card, spend $500 and get $100 cashback in the first 3 months. Theres several cards out there offering the same thing, so you can span expenses these while getting setup. Paying it off ASAP of course.
