Insert new LL info on the lease; you honor the lease terms until the existing lease expires, then give them your lease at that time or let them go MTM if that is provided. 

I did this once for a a client, I mailed the contactor a certified letter informing him that I was making him aware of the claim and that based on his policy he was obligated to inform his Insurance carrier or he risked them denying the claim later when they were informed during discover for the lawsuit we would file.
