Hello everyone, my name is Yuri Shamsin. I live in Burnaby, BC, Canada.

I want to be a rental property investor.

In 2015 I've bought a condo in a Burnaby high rise building with 5% downpayment, lived in it 4 years and rented it out. I have a best Property Manager taking care of it

Now, almost 2 years, I live with family in a townhouse also bought with 5% downpayment.

I want to buy my next property!

I still have debt 30K on LOC and a car loan.

I also have a good income. 170K per year.

I discovered BiggerPockets YouTube podcasts a week ago and watch them all the time since

I want to have a portfolio of multi family properties and have at least $5000 of passive I come monthly!

This is my story.
