It depends if the supply line from the street to the house is sized for the additional flow , additional meter installation , 2 possibly 3 new boilers , what about hot water , it it thru the boiler or seperate water heaters , is there room for all the equipment ?

I know that in the agriculture industry that dealers that sell equipment are also often insurance agents that sell the farmers insurance on that same equipment.

Looking at your county's property tax assessor's map may help, too, although to the newer real estate person all the parcels may appear identical.

The MLS is all you really need to start with IMO, but I know that in our region, one system is not identical to another so there may be different levels of data available, really depends on how strict the Board and brokers are in getting agents to input information, IMO.However, I'd think that searching by zip code is just the beginning as you really need to target in much closer than that.

What I find is that most PMs have almost identical contracts and fee structures give or take a percent or two.
