You can usually forget any deposits being transferred to you.....the seller is claiming they have no money, and the bank won't pay it.  

If its not bank owned, they will usually negotiate with the highest bidder.  

Usually totally different agents dealing with 5+ (commercial) vs 2-4 units (residential). 

Judges here don't like unrepresented people and will usually continue a case if someone says they just need a week or so to get the money together for a lawyer.

I usually offer an early check in or late checkout when the schedule allows it.One guy checked out 45 min late and my housekeeper sat close to the end of the drive way (she's too nice to pull up to the house), but the guy saw her and must have felt bad and gave her a $20 tip.I dis buy a super capacity washer and dryer since the laundry is the bottle neck in getting the house ready.
