Looking for info about foreclosures on Hubzu

I'm thinking about bidding on an on line foreclosure website called Hubzu. Has anyone heard of this? I have bought directly from the bank before, but not through this website. Can anyone tell me about this company/website and what one should expect or look out for?

@Bryan Mitchell - many deals on Hubzu you will pay a 5% buyer premium on top of the sales price, similar to other auction sites. The process is fairly smooth in terms of actually bidding online, but you must follow all procedures as outlined on the site for them to look at the offer.
