With his logic, the landlord would spend money to re-pipe the building, add another meter, and he would pay $23/month to get a separate bill, instead of paying half of the landlord's bill which runs about $15/month.

Come on man...its not rocket science that a Tennent could use it to smoke in the house, even though I have a no smoking policy.

It just won't happen-  low ARVs even if you do renovate.

But financing even with 50% down seems to violate the 50% rule.

I am not even sure if they can afford to find another place to move to.

When we didn't offer them money back and they left a bad review.We have received confirmation from Airbnb support multiple times that the review violates their policy because it is clear retaliation, and gotten the review taken down, but the review keeps getting reinstated and we have to request it be taken down again. 

Tenants never change the lightbulbs on them, and not sure if they even get used.
