Do in depth research on the area, the individual neighborhoods, appreciation in the area, etc.

The exception to this is if you use a guest Managment system that enables this via your own website 2) we believe having the channels involved in case of major issue is of value for dispute resolution 3) we don’t want to manage local occupancy taxes.

Renting each room out individually definitely opens the door to more cash flow, but is not without it's issues!!!

If the person still has their license, your threat of a complaint is usually enough to scare the individual straight.

A lot of individuals don’t have checking accounts for one reason or another.  

Legal Lending Limit -- banks are legally capped at what they can lend to an individual or single entity.
