I was thinking a way to collect emails would be to direct them to downloadable materials.

I've had conversations with a few landlords that do have professional photos up on their rental ads but when complimented on seeking out a professional they answer "oh I just downloaded these from the MLS from back when I bought the place."

My biggest pet peeve is when folks with little to no background in underwriting suddenly become expert authorities on valuation based on a $100 model they downloaded online. 

I think the digital copy comes as a download as soon as you purchase, but I'm not 100%sure of that
