Newbie from Augusta, MI

Hello BP community. Joined a while back but just managed to get my profile on line.

I am a single mom, working full time at a fairly demanding corporate job and looking to get started and diversify my investments. Still trying to figure out the best entry point and spur myself to take some action and fit it in an already busy schedule. Any advice or support welcome.

Would also love to attend or set up a local investment club here in the Kalamazoo area if there is not one already.

Right now thinking rental properties, lease/options.

Thoughts anyone?

Welcome Laura! Great to see another investor in Kalamazoo. There are at least 5-6 of us here in town... Maybe I'll schedule a quick meet-and-greet sometime in the next month or so (preferably when there aren't 90-car pileups on the freeway and 2 feet of snow on the roads).
