It is my opinion that a HOA is not supposed to be a profit making organization.

I thought that this one was just made-up Realtor BS until I experienced it first hand.Although I have an large ozone generator so far I have never had the occasion to use it for curry smells but it works so well on other organic smells that it would be the first thing I would try.No that's not true - The First thing I would do would be market the house in Indians because I would love to have Indians as tenants.

You can't own a trust, because its designed to be its own organization that owns assets like your moms property. your mom doesnt own it now, the trust does.

I'd say ask about how they got started and have an organic conversation.

Network with school or other church/organization friends and family to find them.

A few weeks back people started talking about organizing a meetup for the Capital region BP folks.
