I have a meeting today with a season investor, what good questions can I ask? I am a new investor my goal is to buy my first investment property early next year.

What is the goal of your meeting? What are you trying to accomplish?

If this is the first time you're meeting this person and they are the first experienced investor you've met with, I'd just talk to them about how they got started. Let them know you're new and that you're looking for some advice on how to get the ball moving.

If you guys hit it off, perhaps you could even see if they'd be willing to allow you to shadow them while they work on one of their deals.

That said, have you read our free Ultimate Beginner's Guide to REI yet? That should help you get the fundamentals down and may give you a few things to think about before you meet this person.

Lots of luck to you!
