One of those foreclosure/tax lien paid sites?

I had to save people from themselves all the time as they want to buy homes they can't afford, or they want to be in contract for a new home w/o selling their old homes first, since in their world their house is the best on the block and it will sell instantly.

If you're willing to strip the masonry and start fresh at the new site, then that might work but that won't be cheap.

I've read every book I can get my hands on and scoured this site and the web in general for all the information I can get.

However, I have read some 'experts' that say unless you practice with your semi on a regular basis you are better off with the simplicity of a wheel gun.AdrianG: after you spend some time reading the many useful posts all over this site, you will see that some of us rent to low-income tenants where we are actively involved in cash rent collections, delivering eviction notices, chasing drug dealers and other undesirables off property, doing repairs at odd hours, etc.
