Hello Everyone,
My name is Adrian Gutierrez, I am 24 years old and a full time real estate investor living in Wrigleyville-Chicago (Down the street from wrigley field). I started out in R.E. doing alot of rehabbing to build cash and then moved on to investing in Apartment Buildings.
