HE OWES ME $5k( 1.5 MONTHS LATE RENT + LATE FEES+ PET VIOLATION+COURT FEES+ PET DAMAGES) .1ST TIME DOING EVICITON.. and i know court will rule in my favor .HOW DO I GET THIS EVICTION ON HIS RECORD AND ALSO HOW DO I REPORT HE OWES ME 5K ON HIS RECORD.DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING FROM MY PART TO GET IT ON HIS RECORD.i know once he finds out Eviction is filed i will not be getting the$5K but i need to make sure he doesnot do this again to another LANDLORD..how can i report $5K as in collections against him .CAN I SEND IT TO COLLECTION AGENCIES .ALL I AM TRYING TO DO IS HE SHOULD NOT DO THIS KIND OF DAMAGE TO LANDLORDS.
