Do you have a VA or one of those agencies that manages the whole process for you?

I'm almost tempted to turn them over to a debt collection agency because a buck is better than nothing.Cheers.

Buyer's agency agreements were already required here before, our regulatory agency just went from strongly recommending them be signed right away but not really requiring them until writing a contract to 100% requiring them to be signed prior to showings.

The insurance agency I work with is having trouble finding a company that understands that type of policy and also offers it.  

Just curious if anyone has successfully gotten leads from ALE Solutions/other similar temp housing agencies.

My agent said it wasn't worth challenging because Nationwide is leaving the state.Our insur. agency sent a new proposal from Bass insur.
